I received my Ionic yesterday. I’ve been trying to make it work for several hours, but it won’t get updated. Now the screen on the tracker is green, and my phone says it won’t find it. I have pressed retry several times, I have also restarted bluetooth. The app won’t give me any other option. I just don’t know how to make this work. Please help me.

Have you tried holding down the left button and bottom right button togetger for 10 secs? This should restart the Ionic.

I restarted watch and app. Now the app says: Bluetooth problems. It gives me two options, cancel or restart bluetooth. What do I press?

I would suggest going into you phones Bluetooth settings and removing the Ionic from paired devices, then go into the fitbit app and remove the Ionic from you account. After that start the setup process again and add the Ionic again as a new device.

I pressed restart bluetooth, it seems the app has restarted the setup process...
