,,...Conclusion. Since the complete factory reset was available. Allow the clock to be notified 🙂 Let's say every two weeks it's a bit of work-intensive evening entertainment.. Smiley LOL...,, I did the same thing after 2 weeks, but it works. But fill up the clock before. And you should be charging during the upgrade.

Well. But I can only solve it. I've tried everything else before. The phone restarts, clock restarts, Fitbit app re-installs.  etc  (maybe try these before.) It's just left or I'll take the clock back to the store 🙂 it works since the factory reset ...I'm waiting for the next new firware. I hope they improve a lot of things in it. I like the clock basically.

Turn your Fitbit off and wait a minute and turn it back on. Mine did the same thing and I did that and it worked!

Go on your watch 1. Go to settings 2. Then go to about 3 next scroll down to shut down and then it should work.
To power it back up press and hold the two side bottoms.

Thank you. But it didn’t fix it. I might try a factory reset when I get
home.
