Can't get the SpO2 Signature clock on my Ionic

I don't know why if I have a Fitbit Ionic I can not get the SpO2 Signature face clock added in my watch, you say that is available for everybody but not available for all country ¿Its too hard to make it available all over the world?

Its important because this face clock can give you an important information about the level oxigen in the blood something that can help because of the pandemic, Im not telling that is a medical device but if you can track it you will have certain info that can help you to.

Please make it available for all country because this types of options is good to have it.

Regard,
