Can't install clock faces if there are lots of permissions

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have an iPhone SE and due to the size of the screen, when installing clock faces that require a long list of permissions, I can't tap install because the button is below the screen and I can't scroll down because the window in the foreground won't move (background window scrolls instead). This limits the clock faces I can install quite a bit.

That's a phone problem, not a tracker problem.  If you have a Windows 10 computer with Bluetooth 4.0, try getting watch faces from there.  Everything works OK on either my Samsung S5 Android phone ,or my computer.

This is most certainly not a phone problem. The permissions window should allow for the ability to scroll down. Currently, when the permissions window is displayed, scrolling up or down controls the background screen. To suggest that I need a different phone rather than the app needing polishing is ridiculous.

I too have this issue on my iPad, the unicorse clock face has a list of permissions that disappear behind Fitbit menu at bottom of the screen. When trying to scroll down only the window behind permissions window scrolls leaving me unable to accept and then install clock face. A bit frustrating!

Double tap on the box and it brings up the install button, that you can’t scroll too.
