I am trying to download one of the hydration tracker apps and it is not allowing me to log into my fitbit account.

@azmtobey27 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That is strange! Are you getting any error messages by any chance?

 

Please make sure you are entering the right credentials with the correct email address you used to create your account.

 

Also, have you tried logging in on the online dashboard? You can try that just to identify if the problem is with the app itself.

 

Additionally, try rebooting your phone and then try logging in.
