Phonak told my audiologist that these should link with Bluetooth, but I can't do it. Any suggestions please?

@Casualty, if it is possible, you would need to follow Phonak's instructions for pairing your hearing aids to the Ionic's Bluetooth.  Also, see the Fitbit Help article, How do I connect Bluetooth audio devices to my Fitbit Watch?
