Can't receive messages or calls on my Ionic

No matter what I do. I have restarted the ionic. I've turned off the Bluetooth. I've unpaired and had to try for almost 45 minutes to finally get it to re-pair. I've turned off and turned back on all the notification options on my fitbit app. I've given permissions on my phone. I'm at my wits end with this and I'm about to literally throw it away. Please. Help me. I wasn't having trouble getting messages a few months ago, and I stopped wearing it for a few months (just got out of the habit) and finally started again. And now I can't see messages or calls on my Ionic. Please help.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Ionic during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
