Can't rename exercise once workout uploaded

Ive only had my Ionic for 3 days now.  When i pushed my exercise/workout through yesterday my fitbit android app keeps force closing when i try and relabel it the name of my workout.  Never had this issue before with my Charge 2.  Ive reset and powered off the ionic and phone and same issue occurs.  As well my gps map of my walk from Tuesday will not load.  It keeps showing a spinning circle.

... i have a spinning cycle too.

 

Also the crash while renaming sometimes. A workaround is to rename it within the windows 10 desktop app.

It happens to me sometimes as well so I have to go to the computer to rename it

I have had the exact same issue since I purchased my Ionic and joined Fitbit in January. I was never able to rename a Workout tracked with my Ionic through the Android application. Likewise, the app always crashes when trying to rename it. I've also tried restarting my phone and resetting the Ionic to no avail. This is obviously an issue with the app, but if track record says anything about a company, Fitbit will fix this issue in the next 10 years. You just have to be really patient.
