every time when i open my phone bluethoot to sync.. a massage appear saying something to connect to an internet site named: ASK i cant get rid of the massage.. and it took over.. i cant see nothing.. no time.. nothing.. there is any way to remove it?

Try changing your clock face to a different one. It sound like your current clock face is a paid one and your free trial has ended, hense why its directing you to a website to pay for the full version.

Hey there @eitan1, welcome to the Fitbit Forums! I agree with my friend @N8teGee. All apps and clock faces in the Fitbit App Gallery are free to download. However, some apps and clock faces require a paid subscription service (such as Pandora and Deezer) or a one-time activation fee (to a developer). If a developer requires an activation fee, the developer will process and provide instructions for payment. Many developers use the third party service KiezelPay to accept payment for their app or clock face. For more information, see KiezelPay’s FAQ.
I'd also recommend restarting your Fitbit Ionic by following these steps.
If the message is still appearing after changing the current Clock Face, please attach a picture of the message you receive so we can go from there.
