OK team, my frustration level is at max right now...
I was having issues with the "fitbit today" (swipe up) app not reading sleep data. So I was perusing the forums and read somewhere that a factor reset helped. Well not so much, and now I have bigger problems...
1. I cannot adjust wifi settings. When I get the address from the watch it says that wifi is off. When I attemp to open from my iphone 6S it says "something went wrong while trying to load the wifi settings" When I attempt to adjsut the wifi settings from my windows10 laptop, it tells me it is unable to connect to my fitbit. WTF!!! why have a capability that you cannot use, this is useless.
2. Fitbit today now only has 3 options when before I had up to 7 to choose from. what the heck happened to everything else. Oh i know i lost it in the factory reset... but why doesn't it update to the latest settings and features... URRGGGHHH!!!!!
3. I am using the "dashboard 1" clock face which I really love. It has everything I want at a glance. It has a feature to load a background picture that I cannot get to work. I've contacted the developer and he is at a loss to my problem. His works almost immediately, could it be that because I'm not able to TURN ON THE **ahem** WIFI????
I'm so frustrated right now I would love to run over my ionic with my truck, except it costs too much **ahem** money. I read the manual and all it tells me is that there is wifi available on your ionic, not how to fix the problem.
I would appreciate if there are any fitbit gurus out there that can help me with these issues.

@Sapperjim Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.
Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your Ionic.
1. Since you're unable to set Wifi settings on your watch, please try the tips mentioned in this article: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
2. I would like you to restart your Ionic and check if you get the 7 stats that you should be able to choose from.
3. In rare occasions the Wi-Fi settings interfere with third-party clock faces. If you continue to experience issues with the clock face, please contact the developer for further assistance.
I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

So I solved the issue after saying many words that shouldn’t be said in public.
I did a factory reset on the watch and then reinstalled the app and voila it’s solved. Kinda sad the extent to go through to get it to worked.

Hello,
I had the same problem with WIFI connection (“Something went wrong while trying to load the Wi-Fi Settings”). So I just reinstaled the Fitbit application in my Iphone 6S and now everthing is fixed 🙂

In the end I had to uninstall the app and reinstall. The Bluetooth pairing was going a bit weird as well - didn’t disappear immediately from the list when asking to forget. After reinstall and repairing was able to set the WiFi again and also appears to have fixed notifications...
