Hi just purchased ionic after having charge 2. Trying to set up ionic to app but it won’t accept it with my email as the email was used for the charge. I deleted app & reinstalled it but still does the same thing???? Can anyone help please?

I had the Blaze and added the Ionic thru the app on the phone. Just make sure the Ionic is the primary device and delete your other one. I dont see why you cannot use the same email and app as they are one in the same with fitbit. It says replace or add a device, but just use the add feature as when I tried to replace it just seem to reinstall the Blaze.
