Can't sync iPhone to Fitbit Wallet in the United Kingdom

Hi,

 

I am in the UK and have an iPhone 11 and I can't get the Wallet to sync to my Fitbit IONIC. 

 

I can see "Wallet" on the Fitbit screen. I can't see any Tile on the Fitbit app for the Wallet. 

 

I just can't figure out why I cannot sync my iphone wallet to my IONIC. 

 

Help!

There's a voluntary recall for Fitbit Ionic.  Please contact our team for more information about Ionic refund, please visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.
