My ionic hasn’t synced since 9am yesterday. Can’t get it to sync manually. Also am unable to connect it to wifi either. Have tried turning it off and on again, deleting the app an reinstalling it. Don’t know what else to try.

@CherieC Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Have you tried performing a restart on your Ionic? That usually helps with this.
If nothing, the best thing to do is to try these syncing troubleshooting steps. That should certainly help out your Ionic to sync.
