Hi, I cantc link my fitbit ionic with my phone one plus two. After entering the code on the watch to my phone he is just loading and doing nothing?

It sounds like your trying to set the tracker up, not sync it. 

Is this a new tracker or a tracker already setup to your Fitbit account?
