Am really sorry if asked before but:
Am trying to put music onto my ionic from a desktop PC using the fitbit app.
When I click on the Ionic in the account logo I then go to Media and then manage networks.
Message comes up Bluetooth is Off. I close that dialogue box for the WiFi setup box below but there are no networks listed.
My wifi is:
working
broadcasting
WPA(2)
my ionic is placed within 3ft of the router
I have also restarted the Ionic and the PC
Am I missing something obvious?

Welcome on board @parkjogger1, it's nice to see you here! Thanks for all the details you've provided. Nice way to start!
First of all, please see: How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
Then, make sure that your Wi-Fi network is working correctly and that your network type is compatible with your watch. After you verify the network is compatible, plug your watch into the charger and make sure it’s in range of your Wi-Fi network. For a stronger Wi-Fi connection, move your watch closer to your router. Wi-Fi won’t work on your watch when the battery level is below approximately 25%.
To download personal music and podcasts, your watch and computer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Follow the steps below to verify your devices are connected to the same network and then try again to download your playlists:
If you still have trouble downloading your playlists, complete the steps below:
Your watch only stays in transfer mode for a few minutes. If you took a few extra minutes to choose your playlists, restart the download if you don’t see “Use your computer to start transferring music” on your watch's screen. To do so, tap Transfer Music on your watch again and wait a few moments for the download to start. For best results, plug your watch into the charger before downloading music.
Give this a shot and let me know the outcome!
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Ive spent a full day trying to get music onto this flipping watch.
Wont connect to wifi (next to router)
App cant detect Ionic
Deleted and reinstalled iphone and desktop apps.
Beginning to think it is faulty
Shouldnt be such a struggle to do one of the basic functions.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAArrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh

Up until recently I have been able transfer music without issue, yesterday I needed to revise my playlist and now my PC is unable to find my Ionic. I have seen this behavior before and it is extremely frustrating but since launch it has become less and less an issue. I am not sure why this speraticly happens but it does eventually resolve itself. I am very happy with my Ionic so I have learned to live with this behavior.

Update-After struggling for a few more days after my post to this string trying to get my pc to recognize my ionic I removed the Ionic from my phone and re-paired it. That resolved my issue.
