Can't transfer music from Windows PC to Fitbit Ionic

I am running windows 10 on my pc. I have both pc and fitbit connected to same wifi network. I hav downloaded the fitbit app for my pc. yet when I open the app, click on the account icon (the little thing that looks like a driver license) it takes me to the account page but does not show my ionic watch. I have tried everything that I can think of. uninstslling the app then reinstalling it. any help would be appreciated.

Could you please confirm that you have already followed all the steps of help article Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?
