Can't transfer music on Ionic

when i connected with my computer and ionic to wifi , and i press the transfer music button on my watch, it just can't establish connections and keep telling me to use my computer to transfer music .

any possible reason?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ryanleung, hope you're doing great! First make sure that your Wi-Fi network is working correctly and that your network type is compatible with your watch. To do so, review the steps in Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
