My Ionic runs good for several weeks. When I try to transfer music to Ionic watch, the wifi is always turning off automatically. It makes me crazy, for I have worked with it for hours!!! Restart windows, reset Ionic watch, check wireless system ( wifi, router, laptop, settings, ....). Endless of looking for the watch....
I am not satisfied with this watch. I shall turn it back to the store tomorrow, getting my AUD379 back!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @0916JHL! I'm sorry to hear about this. Thanks for already troubleshooting it, nice way to go!
Our team recently identified an issue that may affect some users when attempting a Wi-Fi download on Ionic.
Since you're currently having trouble downloading music via Wi-Fi, please restart your Fitbit Ionic once more and try again:
To turn Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit Versa off and on: On your watch, open the Settings app > About > Shutdown > confirm the shutdown. To turn your watch back on, press any button.
Our team is investigating what might have caused this issue and are currently working on a fix. I will be sure to keep you updated as soon as we have more information.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
