Can't transfer music to my Ionic

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello,

I have been trying to sync music on my ionic. On the ionic, when the "transfer music" is clicked, the next screen would show "end transfer". But the "sync music" doesn't appear on pc to transfer the music.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the ionic to fitbit, and the app on the laptop. But it still does not work. Please help as i've been at this for over two weeks now.

Much thanks!

Does not work.

Tried all the steps - many hours wasted.  Uninstalled, reinstalled fitbit on windows, restarted phone, checked wifi, bluetooth off (irrelevant anyway) etc etc.  No other devices connected to fitbit.

Nothing.  does not bind nor find the phone.

I guess fitbit wants users to pay for Deezer, which is why you can't transfer your own music.

Yup i agree. I've been listening to only what i have previously synced on the ionic.. and it's really getting old!

I gave up trying even!!! And this is my second ionic, mind you 😕

Tried again - shut down windows, installed updates, reinstalled fitbit - no luck.  Does not find the watch, does not bind.  Useless.

Did Fitbit change something in the sync process? It did work well last year, but lately not.

Hello,

Did you have a fix on this issue? Facing same issue in official site but no response from anyone and couldn't find this topic troubleshooting anywhere.

No resolution.  Only thing I have seen is 'to keep trying', one guy mentioned it took him '50 attempts'..... it is a problem with the sync logic on the fitbit app with the watch - firmware change or some changes, where the app cannot find the IP of the watch.  it did work a year ago for example.
