Can't uninstall calculator app

I installed the calculator app and the reinstalled it but it is still on the watch...please help

Do I have to make a reset of the watch ?

What I do is this but no success

1. Remove the Ionic from your account.
2. Delete the bluetooth pairing.
3. Press and hold all buttons on the device.
4. Wait until the Fitbit logo disappears, then release the bottom right button.
5. Wait until you feel a vibration, then release the other buttons.
6. You will probably see a red X message, just ignore that and setup the device again.

I'm having an issue where I am unable to uninstall the app called CALCULATOR (REMOVED) from Jason Boggess.  It appears that since the app was updated or removed from the store, it is stuck on my device.  Clicking the app name under the ionic app settings does not pull up the app settings, so there is no option to remove it.

Do you still have the same problem? I'm experiencing this now. It's so irritating. Does anyone know how to solve it? I can't use the watch at all.

Thank you so much for the troubleshoot you've performed as well for the procedures you've shared with the Community about what has worked for you. 

This was an issue but it's already being resolved. In case you're still getting any error, please restart your Ionic and try uninstalling the app once again. You can also try force quitting the app.
