Can’t unlock my Ionic

My Ionic is showing as locked and is. It showing on my phone app to unlock.  Tried to restart my ionic but keeps going back to showing me its locked.

Your fitbit locks if you enter the wrong PIN 10 times. As long as it is still connected to your account then you can reset it from the app. Instructions are in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2250/

@CJDixon see question 5 of the FAQ pointed to above by @SteveH.

Basically you open the app, go to the tracker settings, tap on device lock. Enter the phone unlock code. 

Set a new pin. 

Takes about 30 seconds
