Can't unlock the Ionic with my phone since phone is no longer with me

So my daughter loves to tap on my watch and lock me out of my iconic. Normally that hasn't been a problem I just go in my app and unlock the watch.. but my phone caught fire so I no longer have the phone that I set the watch up with I've obviously downloaded the app again on a different phone but it will not allow me to unlock my watch it says contact customer support which I can't seem to do

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

Don't bother calling, fitbit isn't try to fix the affected users. Only tips thar clearly dont work

@MyLIVY  your problem isn't the same as @HenryfrignHall . As I recall, your issue has been addressed several times by customer support and Fitbit Moderators. Sorry you're not happy with their offer of a discount, but that's not quite the situation with this member.

@HenryfrignHallIf you have Twitter, and don't want to call, you might send them a DM. The times I've had to contact them, I've had answers within 24 hours.
