Can’t unlock with iPhone

My fitbit is saying to u unlock my fitbit with my iphone but when i do it says wrong password and niw its saying its locked..what can i do

It's great to have you here @Debra1208. This usually happens when the pin is entered 10 times incorrectly and now you must unlock your Ionic using your phone. To do so: 

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap Device Lock settings or the Wallet Tile. 
  2. The app prompts the customer to remove payments data. NOTE: This does not remove all the data on Ionic, just the payment data: 
  3. Add the cards to the Wallet app. Once the data is removed, the customer can set up Fitbit Pay again.
