Hi
I'm a UK user of a new Ionic fitbit and I would love to get my music onto it.
I have a chromebook so the connect app doesnt install on here. Could you let me know if there is anyway? I have music files on my dropbox and on Google play music app too.
Thanks
Jennie

It's great to have you here @JenjenF! Currently, the only way to download music to your Ionic is by using Windows 10 PC and the Fitbit app or Mac/Windows 7/8 and Fitbit Connect app. You can learn more about it by checking this article How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?.
Additionally, I found this idea Music download support for Chromebooks in our Feature Suggestion board. You may want to vote for it as those are viewed by our engineers and developers.
Hope this helps!

Thanks for pointing out that feature request. I'm going to go vote for it. I don't own a "real" computer any more, just chromebooks and smartphones.
If the Fitbit Android and iOS app worked to transfer music, this would probably satisfy the broadest audiences. Especially since many chromebooks can now run Android apps.

Thanks for coming back @dwizum! I totally agree with you. If you could use Smartphones, it could completely help you with transferring music. Fitbit is always trying to add new features to the devices and to improve the ones that are already implemented.
Additionally, I also found the idea Ionic Music transfer from phone, you may want to vote for it.
Hope I can continue seeing you around! 🙂
