I am having major issues trying to sync. My time isn’t even correct on watch. I have tried everything but nothing is working.

Try a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

I’m the same with mine, spoke to Fitbit twice and tried everything but still won’t sync. After reading this forum I’ve realised I’ve wasted a lot of money on this watch.

Try the troubleshooting steps for sync problems found HERE. If that still doesn't do it, about all that's left is a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings. Touch and scroll down to About. Touch and scroll down to Factory Reset. It will be returned to the way it was when you first started it.

Did the factory reset also. This did not work. What a headache this has been. Fitbit has sent numerous emails telling me to try this or that even though, I have told them I already did it. The latest was to send them a video. This is nuts....They should have just replaced it by now. It’s not even 5 months old...
