Best AnswerTry the troubleshooting steps for sync problems found HERE. If that still doesn't do it, about all that's left is a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings. Touch and scroll down to About. Touch and scroll down to Factory Reset. It will be returned to the way it was when you first started it.

Best AnswerDid the factory reset also. This did not work. What a headache this has been. Fitbit has sent numerous emails telling me to try this or that even though, I have told them I already did it. The latest was to send them a video. This is nuts....They should have just replaced it by now. It’s not even 5 months old...
