I cannot reset my ionic . My watch is less than a year.
The system could not synced any more the time was delayed roughly 2 hours in the last 3 days
I wonder if Fitbit will replace my watch

Are the restarts working? Does the Fitbit logo come up on the screen, then the screen turns off briefly then it turns back to your watch face? Or wont the restarts 'take'?
If the restarts are not completing properly then try a factory reset - on your Ionic go to the settings app and scroll down to About.

Yes I can see the logo the watch is frozen and the screen is back and blue. I really believe the watch is dead .
