Cant find sleep cycle graph

I want to see the graph of my sleep cycles. All I see is asleep, restless and awake. I am looking for the sleep stages graph. I slept over 7 hours so it should be there somewhere!

Good Morning @Sajm and welcome.  In order to view your Sleep Cycle Graph, you'll need to follow these steps:

1.  Open the Fitbit App on your Device (not the Ionic).

2.  On your TODAY Screen, select the SLEEP Tile.  This will bring you to the SLEEP metrics area.

3.  Find the night you want to review and SELECT it.  This will OPEN up to the SLEEP Graph area.

Hopefully, this will help you find what you seek.  Should you need further assistance, please post back and Thanks!

I only see the asleep, restless, awake graph. I would like to see the stages of sleep.

More help?

Hello @Sajm , so providing you followed my last reply, after you SELECT the night you want to view, you should arrive at the "SLEEP STAGES" screen with a graph at the top showing your data.  Than, if you scroll down the screen you can see a more detailed explanation of your nights sleep.  Are you seeing all of this, or something totally different?

Please advise and thanks!

When I tap on the night to see I get a more detailed screen that says Today at the top and then sleep pattern. The sleep pattern shows a graph of asleep, restless and awake. Below that there is data that is grouped as time asleep, sleep schedule and sleep quality. I cant scroll or swipe to show any more data.

@Sajm if your sleep was classified as restless you won't see stages. It happens somehow. From a tracking point of view, it means that you had rather bad sleep ( lots of time awaken, moving ). You will see more details once the quality of your sleep improves.

@Sajm please tell me what type of device you are using to view this data (iOS, PC, Android).  Thanks!

Thanks for your help. I called Fitbit and they had me reset my fitbit as they did not see the stages either. I will see if it works tonight!
