Cant get the ionic to connect to my account

I've tried multiple times to connect the ionic and it won't work. I enter the 4 digit code and it won't go any furthur.

Are you connecting to a phone? If so, have you checked that it's supported by fitbit at www.fitbit.com/devices ?
