Cant install Ionic Apps

I am trying to download new apps on my ionic. When I go to the app store the Install button is grayed out and it says that my ionic needs to be at the most current update and I need to have the app on my phone. I have the app on my phone but I can't find a way to update it. I only have 12 apps.

@PattyG4 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

Thanks for letting me know that you only have 12 apps installed on your Ionic. 

In order to update your Ionic to latest firmware version, you will need to follow this procedure. Regarding your Fitbit app, you will need to download the latest version from either App Store or Google Play store, learn more about it by checking this article. 

Once you have the latest app and firmware version, follow this procedure to install new apps on your Ionic.
