Cant update

Is anyone else having problems with the app? I can't update and it can't find my tracker. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have turned on and off my phone. I have tried over Bluetooth and wifi. I don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry @PurpleUnicorn but to help we need to know more about your phone model, "phone" is not very descriptive.

Same.. just realized my Ionic had not synced since May 22 and it won't sync now. Went through all those steps also

Sorry. I have a Samsung Note 8. My Fitbit started acting weird yesterday and it went to the Fitbit sign. It wouldn't turn off and when it did it wouldn't turn on. I finally got it to update. I was excited for about 2 minutes. It gave me the Fitbit sign again and has not turn off. I can't do anything with it. I am getting frustrated. I love my watch when it works. Any help would be great.

That's how mine was. Now it finally updated and has gone haywire. Just shows the Fitbit sign and won't turn off. Hope you got yours fixed.

Quick Google search is suggesting to restart your device.. have you tried that yet?

Well......I tried to multiple times. When I finally got it to shut off I turned it back on to the same thing. So I just put it back on charger and then it went off. When I got out of my shower I checked it and holy **ahem** it was back! For about 30 seconds. Now my screen is dark and I cant swipe. The buttons work but I cant swipe. I don't know what to do.

The link I posted in my last response are instructions to fix exactly what
you just said. If that doesn't work then I don't know. I'm just a member
who came looking for a solution to my problem & found it in my own. Hope
you can get it figured out, I know it's frustrating.
