Hello guys,

So my bank was recently added to fitbit pay which it wasnt when i first bought my Ionic.

The issues im having is that i can add my card but i cant verify it because it wants to send the verification code to +000000000

I cant find any options to change my phone number anywhere.

What do i do?

Hi @GabrielS, nice to see you around.

 

You will need to contact your bank to confirm your correct contact number, this is who provide the details to Fitbit. It might be worth mentioning to them that you are trying to set up fitbit pay but it's trying to send the verification to the wrong number, they should know what to do.
