My cardio fitness score yesterday was about 55 but now it has suddenly dropped to a score of 30.
Help me, please.

I started using the gps on my versa more too and it’s dropped quite a few points as well, and I’m more fit than ever.

I had the same issue. If you have any poorly tracked runs you can delete them and your cardio score will bounce up. I ran for a good 30 minutes and my GPS thought I did half a km which massively skewed numbers.

Hi All,
I had the same cardio fitness was >44.0 excellent and dropped to 31.1 average. I deleted the exercises where I'd carried my phone durning a walk and it recorded an exercise as a run. it went back to my normal level. I think it must be to do the GPS function. Update. it was the recorded GPS activity that I deleted.

I'm a little late to this thread but this is where my google search for the issue brought me so...
It's definitely the GPS as previously mentioned. I had a cardio score of 47 with a resting heart rate of 54. I used the GPS on a run and my cardio score dropped to 30, probably due to frequent stops since my dog is with me. I deleted the run from my app and my cardio popped back up to where it should be. I'll either not use GPS, which is really unnecessary running around my block a few times, or keep jogging in place while the dog does his thing.
Versa2 btw.

I had the same people of my cardio score dropping from good to poor in 2 days. I was shocked since I had recently started running up mountains and my heart rate is cardio majority of the way. I was confused since your score should get better with this type of exercise so once I’d deleted all of my gps exercises it bounced back so quickly.
Just shows how inaccurate the Fitbit is. I’m very annoyed it looks like this is a problem from the past two years. Fitbit you NEED to fix this
