Can anyone tell me why my cardio Fitness score is running 95 to 99 when it was 42 to 46 which I thought was more appropriate for a man my age LOL

Welcome to the Community @roknrolhuchiko. Thanks for the details mentioned.

It's pretty weird that your cardio fitness score is showing 95-99 when it should be lower. I would like you to make sure your personal information is properly entered in your Dashboard because your cardio fitness score is determined by your resting heart rate, age, sex, weight, and other personal information. You can learn more about it by checking this article: What is my cardio fitness score?

Also, please confirm you have the latest app version and you can try logging out from the app and force quitting it.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

It still shows 95-99 and I have tried everything my info is correct I uninstalled and reinstalled still the same any other suggestions? Like I said this can't be correct since it was showing 42-46 which I thought would be more accurate due to my age and thank you

FYI - don’t like the score stuff. If Fitbit doesn’t allow me to turn this stuff off soon, I will be switching to a new device or - gasp - giving it up all together.

Not sure what you mean aren't the stats part of the reason for wearing in the first place?

It's great to see you around @SunsetRunner. Thanks for your feedback and your comments, we're always striving to improve our services.

I found this idea Allow users to turn sleep score and sleep average time off. Those are reviewed by our team and the status given is based in Fitbit's plans.

No one has solved just tried to give unsuccessful advice so whomever you talked to must have been confused I did try using my GPS as suggested earlier and it is brought it down some it is now ranging 64 to 68 which is still Way High from where it was at so I will continue using my GPS each day and see what happens I do it when I walk the dog so it's extra slow to slow myself down in hopes of bringing it down kind of a dumb way to do things I think but whether what other choice do I have when no one seems to have the solution I just figure it's something on the watch that you can't depend on at all LOL

Just an update to people in this thread. Because I can't turn off the sleep score stuff, and Google buying Fitbit, I will be retiring my Ionic at the end of the month. I bought a Garmin Ignite and am getting used to it to make the switchover. Google buy Fitbit is the end of the road for me!
