@Paul201065 I hope you're doing well! There are some factors as to why the steps shown on your Ionic are different from what's been shown on the challenge. For example:

  • Only steps from your watch or Mobile Track count towards a challenge. Manually logged activities and activities tracked through third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total.
  • Different time zone than the creator of the challenge. Challenge will begin and end in the challenge owner's time zone. You may notice a difference in steps if this is the case.

Are you still experiencing the same? Take the above into consideration in the next challenge and check if the steps will be accurate.

Hi these steps were only from the watch itself no others were added into the challenge. But i think there is an issue with the steps on ionic anyway it doesnt seem to read them as well as my surge did.some people have said about the calibration message but i have never had it since day one.had the watch over a month now.even the miles it shows are lower than my surge .i think over 10k steps and i dont even get 3 miles.my surge used to show around 5 miles.
