1. My Iconic smartwatch is still within the 2-years warranty. I need to change the battery, where can I do it in Singapore?
2. With regards to my Versa Lite smartwatch, there is no 'Swim' icon under the 'Exercise'. How can I track my swim laps daily?

1. Battery changing is not authorized on Ionic. Any attempt to do so will void the warranty. You should contact Fitbit support for this.
2. Thee are about 20 options that you can choose from for the Exercise App. Though only a few can show on the app at one time, you can choose which of those 20 options, including 'Swim', to show on your watch.
