Left for a trip out west for a 2 week trip from Atl. Time zone got all screwed up and so I just put it away. Got home to recharge the watch and rsync, but it fails ...date and time still wrong ...very frustrating!!

Hi @RonF. ,

What you say makes sense. The time and time zone are set during sync, so if you're having trouble with the sync part, it may not be able to update the time zone.

Try a restart, 3 times in a row, to see if that helps. Let us know.

I've tried syncing my iconic numerous times, all without success. I know it fails to sync because 1. the time isn't updated to the correct time zone where I am located and the date shows June 10 - the date the battery likely died (I decided not to wear my Fitbit if the time was incorrect) and 2. the last date synced remains when the Fitbit was purchased on the website.Starting the Fitbit 3 times failed to remedy the existing issue.Ron Friedman Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S9+, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
