Charging issues of new Ionic smart watch

my new ionic smart watch is not charging while we opening the box how to climb warranty and get replacement or repair in fitbit.kindly allot some service team for me for replacement early as soon as possible

Hi @Prabhu2003 - did you buy this watch new as it is not sold anymore? It can't be replaced unless it's under warranty.

 

However, if you look in this forum Voluntary Safety Recall of Fitbit Ionic Smartwatches there are details of a recall and refund and as an owner you can claim a full refund [if it hasn't already been subject to a refund].

 

To clarify you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
