Trying to charge it has it on the charger over night and 'll it shows is the firbit icons? But on the app it shows low battery?

Have you made sure that the contacts are lined up with the charger?  Otherwise, your Ionic won't charge.

Yes it online up?   Doesn't matter if it's plugged into the computer or an outlet?
