I used to be able to check the time on my Ionic by flicking my wrist forward. The Ionic screen doesn’t come on this way anymore. I have to push the button. What have I done to change the settings????🤔

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the community.

Press and hold the left button on your Ionic whilst on the watch face (until the screen changes) swipe to the left and make sure under screen wake it's set to Auto.

Doesn't work for me. I went to fitbit support and they offered no help. I have a watch without the ability to see the time (without pushing ten buttons over and over, moving my arm around like a crazy person, etc). Was told it should work with a flick of my wrist. That is not the case. Fitbit knows about this problem and refuses to help me.
