Clasp on one side will not stay attached

So my clasp on one side will not stay attached.  Thinking it was the band, and wanting a different band, I ordered new one on line.  The new band will not stay attached either.   The issue is the attachment on the watch end, not band, because I have used both ends of the band attachment on the other side with no issue.

Is there a way to fix this on the watch side for attachment or am I SOL?
