I'd just came back to Alaska from Las Vegas, how come the time is not changing to Alaska time.

Also, when I raised my wrist up, the clock is not showing. I thought to see the time, you can just raised your wrist up.

Help...

You need to sync your Ionic to a phone that has the correct time and it should come good. If it doesnt check the time zone is correct in the setting on your account in the app and restart the Ionic and sync and hopefully it will be fine.

 

With the auto screen wake, on the Ionic, press and hold the leitft habd ('back') button and innthe screen that comes up tap the Screen wake and set to auto. To wake the screen start the Ionic in a horizontal position on your wrist amd move the wrist to vertical and it should come on.
