Clock face trying to make me buy again

I got my ionic back in February and almost immediately found a clock face I liked and paid the $3 to keep it after the 24 hour trial. 2 days ago I got the please sync to show anything message, however since my app said it already was I switched the clock face then switched back. Now its trying to make me pay again. How do I just get this enter code message to go away and give me my clock face back?
