Clockface Sleeping — how to change

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My clockface only lights up for like 10 seconds, then the screen goes dark. I’m in healthcare and need to look at the clockface for much longer than that without flicking my wrist again or using my other hand. How do I set the clockface to remain lit for a longer period of time than this 10 second default?

Hi, @Alamana, on yiur Ionic swipe right to "settings".  In the settings menu find Display

awake.  There you can choose an awake time between 10-60 secs.  Note that battery life will be impacted if you choose longer than the default of 10 secs.

I hope this helps.  Welcome to the forums!

Hmmm—my settings doesn’t have “display” or “awake” — it does have “backlight delay” but I can only adjust that to 20 seconds.

That is odd. In my Ionic the settings contains Brightness as the first entry then Display Awake is the 2nd.

Hi, @Alamana, have you recently had an update to your Ionic?  If not, the update is currently rolling out to all users in batches, so you should have exactly what you are looking for in the next few days.

If you open your app it will alert you when the update is available.

Brightness is first on mine, too, then "backlight delay."
