I can't help but same here, I assumed it was due to the clock face using Yahoo weather after seeing this https://developer.yahoo.com/weather/ but I've tried a couple of others which use openweathermap etc. and those don't work either. Sorry, not much use to you but thanks for confirming it's not just me.
I reached out to the ForecastTime Clockface developer and he was very helpful. It is indeed a Yahoo API issue. He provided a beta version of the same face that I now have up and running with the weather/location workaround for the main face. His additional three day weather forecast screen is down for a while until he reworks some pieces to overcome similar to what he did for the main face.
