I am sure there was a post about this but can't find it.

I have had fit bits since years ago.  I started with the simple fit bit, then the Force, then the Blaze now I have the Ionic since it came out.

I have had several new phones since, I am kind of tough on phones, I recently had to get another new phone.

I got a Moto Z2 Force, I love it but after trying to get it to link with Fitbit found out that this phone is not compatible with Fit Bit.  I am just so disappointed, yes my fault I should of looked for the compatible phones, but it has always worked before.  I have the scale and the fitbit flyer.  I have it all that is now sitting to the side.  My Ionic still works just can't sync.

So now what.  I

What is the problem why doesn't all phones work with it.  What is so different in them. can I sync on line with out the phone.  I am not real techy.

Thank you.

Thank you.  I now have it on one of my computers.  Had an issue with it for it bit but somehow it fixed itself, I guess.  My Aria and my Iconic are working with it so now if my Air Flyer would work but wanted that to work off my phone.  So 2 working is better than none working.

Thank you so much for the help.

I understand new phones all the time just don't understand what differs in phones. But many thanks.
