I have the Ionic for about a year and a half now and have loved it until about 5 days ago when it stopped syncing and was losing time... Significant time. I tried turning it off, plugging it in, and even a factory reset. Now I can't get it to connect back to my phone. It stays on searching status. I've tried removing all other Bluetooth things attached to my phone, turned Bluetooth off and back on, plugged Ionic in, turned it off MULTIPLE times, then of course it does the whole Fitbit symbol flashing for hours before I can try again, restarted my phone... You name it I've tried it.
Please help. I can't afford another Ionic and I REALLY don't want to have to go back to the standard watch. Thank you

This ia a very common behavior of dying ionic watches. I had the same problem and Fitbit said that my watch was out of warranty (by 3 months); so, they will not provide a replacement or refund my money. In short, you should check other posts and you will see the same.
Now, Fitbit blocked to post anything on this forum stating that I am answering with negativity. However, it is difficult to be polite/happily when we have our money stolen (by any company).
Best regards
