I'm getting concerned about my heart rate. It does this every day but I don't catch it when it happens so I can check it manually. I had high blood pressure and heart rate during my pregnancy but not like this. I'm 3 months postpartum now but was wondering if this could be an inaccuracy? I'm not exercising either when it happens? I don't know how to attach screenshot but it says my heart rate jumps to 210!! Resting is usually low 80s...

Hi @azhunter81, welcome to the community.
Unfortunately no one here can give you an answer regarding your health. The high HR could be a misreading or signs of a problem. The thing to remember is that your Fitbit isn't a certified medical device. So if you are in doubt about your health I would advise you visit your Doctor and discuss your concerns with them.

Hello @azhunter81 , welcome to the Community forums.
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the accuracy of your heart rate information. If there's any specific problem with the watch, there are some steps that you can follow to ensure optimal performance, and have data available that is as accurate as possible; or to troubleshooting any problem you may be experiencing with the watch's heart rate. You can follow the steps listed here below:
However, if you're having doubts and you have a history of high blood pressure, it is also recommended that you consult with your doctor, since the Ionic is not a medical device, as @N8teGee mentioned, and it's always good to check with a professional to ensure everything's good.
I hope this helps.
