Connecting Ionic and Inspire HR to Fitbit App

When will there be the option to connect both the Ionic and Inspire HR to the app?  I have both and it is a pain to switch between them.

Hi @LorriWatson. It's nice to see a new member around! I'm sorry for the delay in my response.

 

Thanks for sharing your experience with your previous and current devices. Let me explain that operative system that the Ionic and Inspire HR have is very similar and at this time, and at this time, having both devices on the same account cause difficulties. For this reason the Fitbit app will allow you to have one of those devices at a time. I understand how you're feeling about this, and I've found this similar idea in the Feature Suggestions board. I'd recommend to show your support by adding your vote and comment.
