I'm trying to connect my Ionic to my home wifi network using either the Fitbit mobile app for Android or Fitbit app for Windows 10.
In the Android app, my Ionic is connected via Bluetooth (took about two hours to do that). I can see my home network and that it's a WPA2 connection. When I try to connect, I'm prompted for a password which I enter. But the connection always says 'Failed to connect to Wi-Fi network'. I'm certain it's the correct password because I copied it from my password manager, and tested it when I disconnected and reconnected to the network on my phone.
In the Windows 10 app, it says synced today 4 minutes ago. Version 70.8.0. My Inonic is plugged into the computer and fully charged. When I click on WiFi Setup, the app looks for wifi networks and then reports "We were not able to connect or find your Ionic". If I click on 'Sync Now' the app says "Bonding failed. Restart the app to try again. Bonding is in progress."
I have no idea what to try next, and any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi @NeilBenson, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation before posting over here, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. For the WiFi network situation, please check: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I'll be here.
