Has anyone else consistently needed to restart or simply let their Fitbit ionic take a nap for weeks on end before they can get it to charge? Any long term solutions? I got my Fitbit the end of last May. Since then it has already been replaced once and I’ve had to completely restart the system anytime the battery goes low or dead. I’ve probably only been able to use the Fitbit for 60 days in total as a result. Last nap was 3 weeks before it finally started charging today. Extremely frustrated and would appreciate any long term solutions because I really regret investing in a Fitbit since it never works.

@SunsetRunner sorry to hear you are experiencing problems. It's worth giving your Ionic's charging pins a clean if you have not done so. If that does not help, you do really need to get this logged with Customer Support so they can assist you further.
